1. How does the free delivery work?
   This is for orders over R650. We will send the parcel normal mail with the Post Office. If you need the parcel quicker, then it will be for your account.
2. What about VAT?
   All our prices include Vat. The price you see is the price you pay.
3. Can I order via email?
   Yes. We gladly accept order via email. Click on the contact us mail and send us your order.
4. What are the payment methods?
   You can pay by EFT or direct transfer, cash deposit, cheque or credit card. If paying by cheque we will have to wait for clearance in our account. Cheques can be made payable to Funky Bananas. Contact us for more info.
5. How will I know you received my order?
   After completion of your order, you will be sent a email confirming your order and order number.
6. I forgot my password?
   No problem. Enter your email address and click on forgot password. We will send you a new one. Please mail us all your questions and we will surely do our best to assist you.
